Moissanite

Azzurie moissanites are hand-selected for their exceptional brilliance and D-VVS1 clarity. Though highly durable (9.25 on the Mohs scale), proper care is essential:

  • Cleaning: Use a solution of warm water and mild soap with a soft-bristled brush to gently clean the surface.

  • Avoid: Exposure to abrasive chemicals, extreme heat, or direct impact, which may affect the setting.

  • Storage: Store separately, ideally in your Azzurie box, to avoid scratching or contact with other stones or metals.

18k Gold

Composed of 75% pure gold, 18k gold is prized for its deep color and luxurious finish. It is slightly softer than lower-karat golds and should be handled with care:

  • Cleaning: Gently polish with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap.

  • Avoid: Exposure to chlorine, salt water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh cleaning products, which may dull or stain the surface.

  • Maintenance: Professional inspection and polishing are recommended to maintain its original luster.

14k Gold

With a stronger alloy than 18k, 14k gold offers durability for everyday wear while retaining a rich tone:

  • Cleaning: Follow the same method as for 18k gold. A lint-free cloth is ideal for daily care.

  • Avoid: Excess moisture and chemical exposure, which may slightly alter the tone over time.

Sterling Silver 925 with Rhodium Finish

Azzurie’s sterling silver pieces are coated in rhodium to enhance shine and resist tarnish. However, gentle handling remains important:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft silver polishing cloth. For light tarnish, silver-specific cleaners may be used—avoid contact with gemstones.

  • Avoid: Humid environments and contact with sulfur, cosmetics, or cleaning agents.
