PROCESSING TIME:
Once we have received your order and paid for it in our system, the next steps are: separation, packaging and shipping. This process usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS:

Our shipments are international.

If the address is not filled in correctly, it is possible that the product will be returned to the sender. We ask that you pay extra attention when filling in the address. If there is an error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
Azzurie is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and will be required to pay a new shipping fee.
